Two Treasure Valley companies, Brighton Corp. and AmeriBen, have applied for permits to build new corporate headquarters on a shared business campus in Meridian.
Called TM Crossing, the campus will be located off of Ten Mile Road directly northeast of the I-84 interchange .
Brighton develops and builds residential and commercial buildings. It plans to build a four-story, 63,601 square-foot headquarters. The building and parking lot will occupy 3.6 acres.
AmeriBen offers human resources and benefits administration services. It plans to build a two-story building with nearly 76,000 square feet of office space. AmeriBen’s building and parking space will cover more than seven acres. The company has additional space to add an additional building in the future.
