CarMax opens its first Idaho used-car store

The used-car company CarMax is coming to Idaho.

CarMax has opened its first store in the state at 4043 E. Elden Gray St. in Meridian, near The Village at Meridian. A grand opening event was held Thursday.

The store stocks more than 200 used vehicles and employs about 50 people, a news release said.

Bill Nash is the CEO of CarMax, which has more than 160 stores in 38 states. Louis Cominiello is the new store’s general manager.
