Susie Q, 6, is a spayed female, black and brown, domestic shorthair cat. Susie is a special needs gal that is exceedingly sweet. She has an old injury to one ear that leaves it kinked and folded over. This is permanent, but doesn’t cause her any lasting issues. Susie also has some weakness in her hind legs that could be from an old injury as well. She still gets around well, doesn’t seem bothered by her disability and uses her litter box like a champ. She will require an indoor home. Susie arrived at the shelter with several other cats she’d lived. They all get along well and seem to take comfort from each other. She’d be happily adopted with one of her friends or into a home with another friendly cat.
Susie Q (#27842238) can be found in cat cage 9 at the Idaho Humane Society at 4775 Dorman St. in Boise. The shelter is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
