JELL-O WEEK: AMBROSIA MOLD

It wiggles. It jiggles. And it tastes so cool in the summer. This week, we'll share recipes that utilize that magical ingredient -- gelatin. Today's is a classic from from the official JELL-O website.

INGREDIENTS



1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

Cold water

2 cups boiling water

1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O orange flavor gelatin

1-1/2 cups thawed whipped topping

1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained

1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

1/2 cup flake coconut
