It's Christmas week, so we'll share some recipes that seem appropriate for observing such a magically delicious week. The recipe for this must-have holiday fuel comes from epicurious.com.

INGREDIENTS

1 oz. (2 tablespoons) bourbon (Brandy or Scotch also work)

1 tablespoon mild honey

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup boiling-hot water

DIRECTIONS

Put bourbon, honey and lemon juice in a 6-ounce mug. Top off with hot water and stir until honey is dissolved. Makes one drink.
