Tonight's must-see: “So You Think You Can Dance"

Two more contestants are eliminated, leaving six remaining.

Earl only has a limited amount of time to make up for ruining the birthday party of Hank Lange (Tim DeKay), an old friend who's about to be sent upstate to serve a 20-year prison term. Before that happens, Earl tries his best to grant Hank's wish of having his grandma, hometown newspaper and favorite donuts brought to him in jail. Meanwhile, after Joy calls him a mooch, Randy decides that it's time for him to hold down a job.

Jan (Melora Hardin) assembles the female staffers and presents them with a "women in the workplace" seminar. Not to be outdone, Michael hustles the Dunder Mifflin boys to the warehouse for some male bonding.

Warrick and Nick investigate the death of an up-and-coming movie star whose body is found in a luxury hotel room where he partied with a woman he met in a casino. Across town, Grissom and Catherine work a triple homicide that involves two Laotian men and a taxi driver. One of the men and the cabbie are found shot to death outside of an apartment building. The other man is found dead in his car, an apparent accident victim, but the evidence points to murder.

The team gets a new agent, Elena Delgado (Roselyn Sanchez), who finds that her NYPD vice training runs contrary to the group's methods as she participates in the search for a missing prostitute.
