Recipe: No Fuss Burger Packets

Fire up the grill, open a few cans and voila! You've got this easy meat and potatoes dinner courtesy of

Yield: 4 servings

1 pound lean ground beef

4 sheets (12x18-inches each) non-stick foil

1 brown gravy mix dry packet

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 small onion, chopped

1 16 ounce bag frozen mixed vegetables

1 bag frozen tater tot potatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat grill to medium high. Spray the dull side four sheets of foil with non-stick cooking spray. Begin forming ground beef into four burger patties. Top each patty with 1/4 of the gravy, soup, onion, vegetables and a large handful of tater-tots.

Fold foil and seal packet, leaving room for heat to circulate inside. Repeat with each packet.

Grill 30 to 40 minutes in a covered grill.

Haul out the catsup and serve.
