Originally scheduled as a summer concert at Memorial Stadium, Lord Huron and Trampled by Turtles have been relocated indoors to the 999-capacity Knitting Factory. The co-headlining groups will provide different takes on the indie-folk genre, which is where both draw partial inspiration. Relative newcomers Lord Huron have two albums’ worth of material — “Lonesome Dreams” (2012) and “Strange Trails” (2015) — to cull for fans. Trampled by Turtles have been around significantly longer — since 2004 — and aren’t afraid to stretch bluegrass stompers into bullet-train-speed jams. Be prepared to sweat.
8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 17, Knitting Factory, 416 S. 9th St., Boise. $38.50. TicketWeb. $40 day of show.
