Who is gonna make it? We’ll find out in the long run. But if you’re an Eagles fan, you’d be a fool not to head to The Village at Meridian tonight for this free “Rock the Village” concert. Tragically, the Eagles are gone after the death of Glenn Frey. But you can enjoy the group’s songs and reminisce with Colorado-based tribute band The Long Run. These guys are serious. When it comes to replicating The Eagles, it’s all about the vocals. The group even has a singing drummer, a la Don Henley. P.S. Can’t make it to The Village? Check out Hotel California, another Eagles tribute act, on Nov. 17 at Nampa Civic Center.
5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, July 22, The Village at Meridian, 3600 E. Fairview Ave. thevillageatmeridian.com. Opening: The Sensitives.
