Pop singer Carly Rae Jepsen comes to Boise

AP

Could this be a super-fun show? Maybe. OK, probably. Carly Rae Jepsen burst onto the pop scene in 2012 with the smash “Call Me Maybe,” a sugary, disposable earworm that didn’t win over any card-carrying music snobs. On the other hand, her latest album, “Emotion,” took a critic-friendly detour into ’80s pop. Entertainment Weekly even gave it an A+. So which Jepsen will it be in concert?
