If you’re looking to have your eardrums and eyeballs obliterated, you’re in luck. Canadian dubstep purveyor Excision delivers a “concert” that essentially aspires to audio-visual annihilation. As he does whatever producer-DJs do in the shadows on stage, Excision is surrounded by a massive, relentlessly mind-frying video screen and a bazillion-watt sound system. The result? Sort of like a two-story robot from outer space stomping your skull with boots made out of subwoofers.
8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, Knitting Factory, 416 S. 9th St., Boise. $34. TicketWeb. Opening: Figure, Bear Grillz.
