Michael Deeds recommends

Michelle Branch: Sunday, Knitting Factory. Singer-songwriter was pretty much huge in the early 2000s thanks to hits such as “Everywhere” and “All You Wanted.”

The BellRays: Sunday, Neurolux. Garage rock and punk influences tempered by soulful female vocals. How can anyone not like this band?

Tesla: Wednesday, Revolution Center. Bluesy metal band is still cranking out hits such as “Signs” and “Modern Day Cowboy” — and sounding good doing it.
