Dressed in a T-shirt and ballcap, comedian John Caparulo is that appealing, observant joker we’ve all known — a laid-back friend who magically appears on your couch watching TV, eating all your nachos and commenting hilariously about everything. A former regular on TV’s now-defunct “Chelsea Lately,” Caparulo has performed stand-up on “The Tonight Show,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live” and his own one-hour special, “Meet Cap,” which was featured on Comedy Central. Caparulo also delivers regular bursts of personable, profane humor through “Caplets,” an online series now on its 32nd episode. He’s one of the bigger names to visit Liquid Laughs recently and makes a comedic Christmas gift this holiday season.
