Sports Night at Jaialdi: See photos and video (plus, a schedule)

FRIDAY

Business breakfast: 7:45 a.m. to 10 a.m. Bizkaia Premier Unai Rementeria presents to Boise Chamber of Commerce, represents Bilbao Chamber of Commerce in signing of cooperative agreement between the two business groups.

BSU visit: 9 a.m. at Boise State University: Basque President Iñigo Urkullu meets with University President Bob Kustra. Collaboration agreement on Basque studies signed.

Government reception: 12:15 p.m. at Boise Center. The Basque government hosts a reception for the Boise Basque community.

Basque-ing on the Block: Noon to 6 p.m. on the Basque Block. Food, drink, Basque music. Free.

Festa’ra: 7 p.m. at the Morrison Center, sold out.A celebration of the traditional music and dance of the Basque Country.

SATURDAY

Basque-ing at Expo Idaho: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Expo Idaho. Ages 10 and older: $6.50 online, $7 at the gate. Free for children younger than 10. Dance groups from around the West will perform on two indoor stages. Vendors with Basque novelties, souvenirs and clothing for sale. Plus food, drink, a sports arena and displays of sheepwagons.

San Inazio Mass: 7 p.m. at St. Mark’s, 7960 Northview St., Boise. The annual San Inazio Mass will be celebrated in Basque and English. The Onati Dancers will perform a sacred liturgical dance on the altar at St. Mark’s, with assistance from the Oinkari Basque Dancers.

Dance: 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. at Expo Idaho, $11.50 online or $12 at the gate. Join Amuma Says No and The Crazy Wheels in this celebration of music and dancing; open to all ages.

SUNDAY

Basque-ing at Expo Idaho: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Expo Idaho. Ages 10 and older: $6.50 online, $7 at the gate. Free for children younger than 10.

Street Dance: 8 p.m. on the Basque Block. Join Luhartz and Amuma Says No. Free.
