Steve Martin, Martin Short to perform comedy show in Boise

When Steve Martin and Martin Short visit the Morrison Center in Boise for a two-man performance Friday, Oct. 21, it will be an outstanding pairing of legendary comedians.

These men are notoriously silly, but don’t expect any cheap laughs. Tickets go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 19, at Ticketmaster for $125, $175, $195 and $350.

Here’s the scoop from the promoter: “The show, ‘An Evening You Will Forget for the Rest of Your Life,’ includes stand-up, film clips, musical numbers and conversations about their lives in show business. Martin and Short will also be joined by the Grammy-winning Steep Canyon Rangers, the bluegrass band with which (Steve) Martin frequently performs.”

There’s a presale from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 18. Password: MARTIN.
