3 new Boise concerts: Chase Rice, Damian Marley — and, whaaat? Dennis Quaid?

I know what you’re thinking: Actor Dennis Quaid? Hey, man, when it comes to rockin’, the dude has “The Right Stuff.” He wants you to get “Footloose.” He tours with his backing band, the Sharks, rather “Frequently.”

(Crap, that movie was “Frequency,” wasn’t it?)

Quaid leads a short but interesting list of new Boise concerts announced this week. He’ll headline at a Boise State vs. Virginia rally party at the Revolution Center — the football game is the next day. Wear your BSU gear.
