Spring Author Series: 12 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, Boise Public Library, Ustick branch, 7557 W. Ustick. Meet Tracey Winegar, who writes historical fiction for both adults and teens. Her books include “The Counterfeit” and “Good Ground.” Feel free to bring your lunch.
