The Nampa Art Collective's Phantom Gallery Nampa is underway. Organizers selected the artists that will fill a downtown Nampa office building’s empty storefronts with temporary art installations.
You’ll see work by Nampa-based mixed media artist Candis Redfield, Boise artist Craig Lawson, Caldwell-based painter Greta Redzko, woodcarver and performance artist Carolyn Greener, photographer Mike Bryant, musician Thomas Duncan and painter Francisco Telesfort.
The event is a collaboration between the Nampa Arts Collective, the City of Nampa and the business community.
Stop by the building at 1217 2nd St. South in Nampa from Noon-6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 15 and check out the town's growing arts scene. The artists will be installing their exhibits that will be up for six months, or until the building is leased or sold. It’s free.
