If you’re into spinning, weaving or knitting, you’ll find interesting things to see and do at the FiberWool Train Festival. This is the fourth year that Nampa’s Puffy Mondaes shop has produced this celebration of sustainable farming and fiber art. You’ll find a petting zoo with animals that grow the stuff, fiber crafts and supplies, plus classes on spinning, beading and how to make specific items. Local bands Hillfolk Noir, The Barking Owls and others will perform.
9 a.m. to 7 p.m. May 24-25, Lloyd Square, 1350 Front St., Nampa. Classes run $13.98 to $78, includes supplies. fibertrainfestival.com. Free to attend.
