Splash down! Roaring Springs Water Park opens this weekend

Yes! Summer is here. Well, maybe not totally, but at Roaring Springs Water Park this weekend, you can pretend. It opens May 23 (weather permitting; check website), and there will be waves, waterfalls and swirls, including The Cliffhanger, a six-story free fall down a tube, and Corkscrew Cavern, pictured, the largest looping water slide in the Northwest. And don’t forget: The pools are heated.
