Yes! Summer is here. Well, maybe not totally, but at Roaring Springs Water Park this weekend, you can pretend. It opens May 23 (weather permitting; check website), and there will be waves, waterfalls and swirls, including The Cliffhanger, a six-story free fall down a tube, and Corkscrew Cavern, pictured, the largest looping water slide in the Northwest. And don’t forget: The pools are heated.
11 a.m. to 7 p.m. May 23-25, 3 to 8 p.m. May 26-29, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily starting May 30, 400 W. Overland Road, Meridian. Full-day passes: $29.99 general, $24.99 for those under 48 inches tall and 55 and older, free for 3 and younger. RoaringSprings.com.
