Come run, walk or stroll with the Idaho StatesWOMEN Team at the St. Luke's Women's Fitness Celebration

Every September, thousands of women and girls of all ages and abilities line up in downtown Boise to experience Celebration camaraderie in a supportive environment. The event is one of the largest women’s run/walks in the United States. Grandmothers or Girl Scouts, elite runners or stroller moms, all compete on the same course, on the same day. The Celebration has become a unique and beloved Idaho event.

Join the Idaho Statesman team and help us CELEBRATE the 20th anniversary of the event! We will give each team member* an Idaho Statesman visor – available for pickup at our booth at the Women’s Show, Sept. 20 and 21. Whether you walk, run, stroll, wear your visor and show your team support!

Participants make their way along the course from the Idaho State Capitol to the beautiful surroundings of Ann Morrison Park located on the banks of the Boise River. Here the participants and volunteers are treated to food and entertainment at the Finish Line Party.

Take the sneakers out of the closet, call your friends, co-workers, your mother, sister, aunt and cousins, register as an Idaho Statesman team member and make sure you are included in the 2012 St. Luke's Women's Fitness Celebration.
