Idaho men's basketball coach Don Verlin added a pair of players Friday as guard Kashif Watson and forward Brandon Wiley signed national letters of intent.
Watson, a 6-foot-4, 190-pound junior, averaged 13.3 points and 5.5 rebounds per game for Irvine Valley Community College (Calif.) last season. He spent his freshman season at Indian Hills Community College in Iowa.
The 6-6, 225-pound Wiley also spent two seasons in junior college. He averaged 12.9 points, 8.3 rebounds and 2.3 blocks per game at City College of San Francisco last season.
IDAHO STATE MEN'S BASKETBALL: Sherrod Baldwin of Collierville High in Memphis, Tenn., has signed with the Bengals, completing the program's recruiting for the upcoming year. The 6-0, 180-pound guard averaged 22.7 points and 5.9 rebounds last season. He was the team MVP three straight seasons.
