Eagle High’s Bradie Fillmore made the first team of the CBS MaxPreps All-American team on Friday, marking the third all-American team the graduated Mustang has qualified for this season. And teammate Martha Tooley was selected for the second team as an infielder.
Fillmore, Idaho’s two-time Gatorade state player of the year, led Eagle to a 29-0 season, back-to-back 5A state championships and a No. 1 national ranking in the MaxPreps Xcellent 25 National Softball Rankings. The Cal-bound pitcher and shortstop went 13-0 in the circle with a 0.49 ERA and 155 strikeouts in 71 innings while hitting .641 with 14 home runs and 57 RBIs.
Fillmore will also compete in the Premier Girls Fastpitch High School All-American Game on July 28 and made the second team of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association High School All-American team.
Tooley, a College of Idaho commit, set a school record with 40 career home runs. She hit .592 with a 1.112 slugging percentage, 12 home runs and 57 RBIs as a senior.
