Marnez Ogletree, a cornerback out of Fullerton (Calif.) College that committed to Boise State on Thursday, quickly showed something else he can bring to the Broncos on Saturday — Ogletree had a 100-yard kickoff return for a touchdown against Santa Ana College. Check out my post on Ogletree's commitment here.
One of the Broncos' longest-standing commitments, Brett Rypien, is on the verge of doing something bound to excite Boise State fans even more. After an easy win Thursday, Rypien has 11,157 passing yards in his career, 211 shy of passing Boise State legend Kellen Moore for third in Washington state history. Rypien and Shadle Park play at North Central on Thursday. The state record is 12,951 yards, set by current USC quarterback Max Browne.
