The Broncos rolled to a 25-13, 25-17, 25-23 victory Saturday, handing the Rebels their first home loss of the season. The win keeps BSU (17-7, 9-3 MW) in second place in the Mountain West standings. Sarah Baugh earned her MW-leading 13th double-double with 38 assists and 11 digs. Sierra Nobley notched her 10th double-double on a team-high 15 kills and 10 digs, to go with two blocks.
BSU SWIMMING & DIVING: The Broncos won 11-of-16 events to beat BYU 153-11 in Provo, Utah. Sam Wicks and Brittany Aoyama each picked up four victories, while Felicity Cann won three events.
BSU WOMEN’S SOCCER: Boise State (7-9-4, 5-5-1 MW) was denied a spot in the Mountain West Championship when Colorado College and UNLV each won late Friday. In Tuesday’s quarterfinals in San Diego, No. 6 UNLV plays No. 3 New Mexico and No. 5 Colorado College takes on No. 4 Wyoming. Winners advance to face No. 1 San Diego State and No. 2 San Jose State in the semifinals.
COLLEGE OF IDAHO MEN’S BASKETBALL: Joey Nebeker (Melba High) led four Coyotes in double figures with 18 points, and the C of I hit 18 3-pointers in an 88-59 season-opening win over the University of Victoria in La Grande, Ore.

C OF I VOLLEYBALL: Southern Oregon defeated the Coyotes 28-26, 19-25, 17-25, 25-17, 19-17 in Ashland, Ore. Sierra Porter had 54 assists and Kylie Porter registered 28 kills for the C of I (17-10, 15-4 Cascade).
NORTHWEST NAZARENE VOLLEYBALL: The Crusaders swept Concordia 25-19, 25-21, 25-15 in Nampa. Elayna Rice led NNU (15-7, 12-2 GNAC) with 13 kills, 10 digs and six blocks.
NNU WOMEN’S SOCCER: The Crusaders (5-11-1, 2-9-1 GNAC) closed their season with a 1-0 loss to Saint Martin’s in Lacey, Wash.
NNU MEN’S SOCCER: Simon Fraser defeated NNU 2-0 in Nampa. Goalkeeper Ryan Foo had seven saves for the Crusaders (11-6-1, 7-5-1 GNAC).
