Two-time Idaho high school fishing champion heads to Bethel University

Jason Felter just signed his National Letter of Intent to join the bass fishing team at Bethel University earlier that afternoon. Bethel, in McKenzie, Tenn., is the top-ranked program in the country. According to his father Thomas, Felter, is also the first known fisherman from Idaho to receive a scholarship to join a college team. It is a partial scholarship for $7,500 per year.
