Jackie Alley isn’t the only national event champion in the family anymore.
Mick Alley, Jackie’s husband, won the Stock eliminator at the 32nd annual NHRA JEGS Allstars event Saturday in Joliet, Ill.
Mick, representing Division 6, drove his 1969 Camaro to a victory against Division 2 racer Jeff Hairrington and his Cobra Jet Mustang with a final time of 10.28 seconds at 127.09 mph.
Jackie won her first national title at Mile-High NHRA Nationals in 2011. In November of that year, Jackie was crowned the NHRA Super Stock world champion.
