Pineapple Tapioca 2 cups water and pineapple juice. 1/3 cup minute tapioca 3/4 cup brown sugar 20-ounce can crushed pineapple. 1 small lemon whipped cream
Bring water to a boil. Gradually stir in sugar and tapioca. Place over larger pan of boiling water to make double boiler and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool for 15 minutes. Stir in pineapple and lemon juice and pulp. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
