Congrats to those who stayed to the bitter end for the largest caucus in the U.S. Finally, Idaho gets some positive media exposure.
But ... something has to change. Beside the obvious, which is only the young or very stalwart seniors will make it through the process, this caucus is costing the Democratic party a bundle.
Then we taxpayers end up paying for the Republican primary. What is wrong with this picture?
My only hope is that these people make it to the polls in November, regardless of who the nominee is. Oh, wait. I have another hope. That these people take the time and effort to get involved and informed for the legislative races that are so important to our livelihood in Idaho.
Change will come only if you cast an informed vote in November.
