I’m still roaring with laughter about the great April Fools story about possibly allowing 129,000-pound trucks going 35 mph on Chinden, the Connector, Myrtle and Broadway. The image of them passing the arena, the intersection of Capital/Myrtle, over the soon-to-be-closed Broadway bridge, waving as they pass Bronco stadium, driving slowly at the Garfield school zone and dead ending at I-84 is hilarious. But wait! You say it’s not a joke? It’s a real request? Never mind.
