On Tuesday, Jan. 3rd, my husband was walking into the store downtown when he slipped and fell. His glasses flew off and he had a hard time trying to get up on the ice. Not one person stopped to help him up.
Is this what we are becoming today? To just walk past an elderly man and not offer a hand. I don’t like to think so. I hope the people who walked past my husband see this and maybe next time just say “Hey, you need a hand?”
