A 20-year-old Boise woman is charged with grand theft and criminal conspiracy after Meridian police say she set up a robbery at the Tobacco Connection store she worked at earlier this month.
Asea Jay Andra worked at the Tobacco Connection, 450 S. Meridian Road, at the time of the July 3 robbery, police said. Todd Wadman, 24, also faces the same charges in the case, according to Meridian police.
Andra was arrested Thursday. Wadman already was in the Ada County Jail for an unrelated criminal charge when he was arrested.
