Crime Stoppers of Southwest Idaho distributed a surveillance photo Thursday showing a man who reportedly forced his way into a home south of Lake Lowell on the afternoon of Feb. 26.
The man reportedly spent nearly an hour inside the house helping himself to firearms, electronics and other valuable items, according to a news release. The man reportedly filled a backpack with stolen items and "casually walked away from the residence, crossing open fields," according to the news release.
The Canyon County Sheriff's Office is investigating the burglary, and anyone who recognizes the person in the surveillance photo is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS, leave an online tip at 343COPS.com or use the Crime Stoppers app. Tipsters can remain anonymous and could earn a reward of up to $1,000 if the tip leads to a felony arrest.
