A 26-year-old Boise man was jailed Thursday on charges of sexual battery of a teenager and providing marijuana and alcohol to a minor.
Michael A. Fuller remained in the Ada County Jail Thursday evening.
Boise police said the alleged sexual battery of a 16- or 17-year-old reportedly occurred in late July and was initially reported to Meridian police, who forwarded the case to the BPD Special Victims Unit after they discovered the conduct happened at a Boise residence.
Following the investigation, officers forwarded their reports to Ada County prosecutors, who issued a warrant for Fuller's arrest yesterday. Officers located and arrested him Thursday afternoon.
Fuller had been employed as a long-term substitute teacher for the West Ada School District until June of 2015, police reported, but the incidents he’s charged with happened after that time frame.
