The Boise County Sheriff’s Department is responding to a report of a car that went off Arrowrock Road and into Lucky Peak Reservoir, according to dispatchers.
A passing motorist reported a gray car in the reservoir at 9:26 a.m. Thursday near milepost 3, just north of Spring Shores Marina.
Boise County is working to get the car out of the reservoir. It’s unclear if anyone was in the car.
In June 2, Noel Bankhead and her three children died in a crash into the reservoir on the northeast side of High Bridge. Later that month, a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers crew moved large rocks to the site where two vehicles have plunged into Lucky Peak Reservoir since 2010.
