Mary Rotman, 53, of Nampa was eastbound on Interstate 84 at milepost 54 near Broadway Avenue Wednesday morning.
Idaho State Police reported Rotman switched lanes to avoid hitting the vehicle ahead of her and clipped the back of a semi-truck in the lane she moved into about 8 a.m.
Rotman's Ford Escape then hit the median barrier and rolled, coming to rest on the median shoulder, ISP reports. The truck, driven by 52-year-old Walter Fisher of Boise, stopped.
Rotman was taken to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise by ambulance, ISP reports. Rotman was treated and discharged, according to St. Al’s. Both Rotman and Fisher were wearing their seat belts.
