A wildland fire started from a vehicle near Marsing has burned about 330 acres Saturday, according to the Bureau of Land Management.
The person in the vehicle was severely burned and transported to the hospital, according to BLM.
The Poison Fire was called in around noon, and BLM responded with five fire engines, two hand crews, two single-engine air tankers, one heavy air tanker, two helicopters, air attack and one lead plane.
The Jump Creek recreation area was evacuated, but no structures were threatened, according to BLM.
