A 54-year-old Nampa man crashed his 2017 Harley Davidson around 7:18 a.m. while driving east on Interstate 84 on Thursday.
Neal Farnworth was just east of the Flying Wye when he was struck by Mary Romano, 19, of Nampa, who was eastbound in a 2016 Ford pickup.
Romano was merging lanes when she struck Farnworth, according to Idaho State Police. Farnworth was thrown from the motorcycle and temporarily blocked several lanes of the interstate.
Farnworth was not wearing a helmet and was transported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise where he was treated and released.
