A 3-year-old Boise business that aims to help people buy insurance online within minutes has a new name and a new CEO.
Benjamin succeeds founder Todd Ruplinger, who will remain as vice chairman and a part-owner with a group of investors.
Covr said it offers financial institutions, such as credit unions, and financial advisers “an integrated turnkey digital solution” for selling personal insurance products from about 20 insurers. Covr said it has more than 50 institutions as clients.

“Insurance has always been a challenging purchase,” Benjamin said in a news release. “Buying it is complex and takes too long.”
Covr said it employs 50 people, including 45 in Boise. It also has offices in New York, Annapolis, Maryland, and Colorado Springs.
