Lange joins Icon
David Lange has been named independent financial adviser at Icon Credit Union. Lange previously worked in Meridian as a financial adviser with Lincoln Financial Securities.
Lange has more than a decade of experience in retirement and wealth management planning for individuals and families. His primary focus is in retirement income, college savings and other long-term investments.
Lange moved to Boise in 2002 after living and working in St. Louis, where he earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He’s working on his MBA at Boise State University.
Zions hires Conrad, names Hoge manager
Dale Conrad has joined Zions Bank as a residential construction and mortgage loan officer, based at the Eagle and Chinden Financial Center in Boise. She is responsible for business development and customer service for residential construction and mortgage lending in the Boise market.
Conrad has 25 years of banking experience focused on construction and mortgage lending with Key Bank, Washington Mutual and, most recently, Mountain West Bank. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Idaho State University in Pocatello and is a graduate of Twin Falls High School.
Shauna Hoge has been named manager of Zions Bank’s Caldwell Financial Center. She is responsible for business development, customer service, community outreach and overall management of the financial center and its staff.
Hoge joined Zions in 2011 as a commercial relationship manager, responsible for developing and maintaining banking relationships with business customers in the Canyon County area. Before that, she spent eight years as a loan officer with Intermountain Community Bank in Caldwell.
Hoge is a graduate of Utah State University and resides in Nampa. She is a member of Caldwell Rotary International.
Bank of Cascades hires Downing
Bill Downing is the new branch manager for Bank of the Cascades’ Fruitland Branch in the Treasure Valley.
Downing has 18 years of banking experience, including expertise in small business development and management.
Downing is a longtime Idaho resident. He most recently served as branch manager for Sterling Bank in Nyssa and is a graduate of the University of Idaho.
Marable, Van Winkle join Zions
Billy Marable and Jason Van Winkle have joined the commercial lending team at Zions Bank in Boise.
Marable is a vice president and commercial relationship manager, responsible for developing and maintaining banking relationships with business customers. He will be based at the Eagle and Chinden Financial Center in Boise and will also provide support for clients at the Meridian Silverstone Financial Center.
Marable has 30 years of banking experience, including commercial lending, credit administration and branch management.
Most recently he was a vice president and business banking loan officer with Bank of the Cascades in Meridian.
Marable earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in economics from Louisiana Tech University. He is a member of the Meridian Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of Leadership Meridian.
Van Winkle, commercial relationship manager, is relocating to the Fairview and Cole Financial Center in Boise and will provide support for that location and the Boise Main Financial Center.
Goicoechea joins D.L. Evans in Boise
Tobby Goicoechea has been appointed mortgage loan officer at the Boise Mortgage Center of D.L. Evans Bank.
Goicoechea obtained his bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Idaho. He has 16 years of mortgage lending experience in conventional, VA, FHA and new-construction lending.
Otter names Allred to arts commission
Steve Allred of Zions Bank has been appointed to the board of directors of the Idaho Commission on the Arts by Gov. Butch Otter.
During his four-year term, Allred will be responsible for supporting public programs in the arts in Idaho.
Allred is vice president and manager of Zions Bank’s Bear Lake Valley Financial Center in Montpelier and has worked in banking for 28 years. He earned a degree in business management with an emphasis in finance and economics from Brigham Young University.
Allred is a member of the board of trustees of Bear Lake Memorial Hospital, the secretary/treasurer of the National Oregon/California Trail Center and chairman of the Allinger Community Theatre committee. Allred recently completed a three-year term on the Eastern Idaho Grants Committee of the Idaho Community Foundation.
Established in 1966, the Idaho Commission on the Arts is funded by the state, the National Endowment for the Arts and private donations. The commission offers technical assistance, training and financial assistance.
Rhodes gets IIBprivate-banking job
Tana Rhodes has been named business banking representative in the private banking/cash management department of Idaho Independent Bank.
Rhodes has been employed with IIB for six years. She is a volunteer for United Way of Treasure Valley.
