Fishermen eager as Gulf waters closed by BP spill reopen

Capt. Kenneth L. Daniels Jr., a Florida fisherman, is stocking his boats in preparation for a Wednesday departure after the federal government reopened 26,388 square miles of the Gulf of Mexico that had been closed because of oil from the BP Deepwater Horizon spill. No oil has escaped fromthe well for the last 11 days.
