BOISE - The good news is that the group was less busy than in 2008 - cleaning or covering up graffiti over three hours in about 30 locations, like Dumpsters, utility boxes and buildings.
They cleaned up twice as much last year - and police say the quick cleanup efforts are helping curb the crime.
Police say the vast majority of the graffiti Downtown is "tagging" - a signature or symbol generally not gang graffiti but intended to draw attention to the tagger.
