Three new members were elected to the Cascade City Council in Tuesday’s election, according to City Clerk Wes Hardin.
Rob Terry won a two-year term on the council, while Connie Smith and Troy Huckaby earned four-year terms.
Terry defeated incumbent Cynda Herrick, who was completing a four-year term and chose to give up that seat and run for a two-year term.
Hardin said 302 ballots were cast from a field of 623 registered voters for a 48 percent turnout.
