TREASURE VALLEY - Friday afternoon's storms dropped some rain in the Valley but hit Baker City, Ore., harder, according to the National Weather Service.

For the Fourth of July, the Valley has a 20 percent chance of rain. Highs are expected to be around 90.

The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality has issued a yellow alert for Saturday in Ada and Canyon counties. The forecast Air Quality Index is 65 for ozone.

All open outdoor burning is prohibited in Ada and Canyon counties. If you are planning strenuous activities, you may want to consider postponing them until air quality improves.
