Scott Alan McQuigg and Daniel Aaron Cooper, both 45, of Boise are charged with sexual enticement of a minor over the Internet.
McQuigg worked as a student teacher and substitute teacher at Centennial High School last school year, Meridian School District officials said Thursday.
The men were arrested after two Internet stings by Ada County sheriff's detectives. McQuigg and Cooper thought they'd arranged to meet teens for sex, officials said.
Both men were being held Thursday in the Ada County Jail on $100,000 bond each.
A preliminary background check shows no serious offenses in Idaho.
