The Idaho State Planning Council on Mental Health will hold its annual legislative breakfast and press conference, at 7 a.m. Wednesday in the East Conference Room of the JRW Building, 700 W. State St., Boise.

The council will honor mental health advocates from around the state and discuss housing barriers for people with mental illness.

This year's honorees include Rep. Sharon Block of Twin Falls, Sgt. Patrick Calley of the Ada County Sheriff's Office and Robert Bishop, a mental health provider from Coeur d'Alene.
