Truffle, 5-6, arrived at our shelter as a stray. She has done well with the other small dogs at the shelter, is leash-trained, and loves treats and praise. Truffle appears to be a westie mix, maybe with a little Schnauzer or another terrier breed. She has been well taken care of and only needs a little bit of brushing to tidy her up before a spring groom needs to be done. She was previously spayed, microchipped and is current on vaccinations. Truffle’s adoption fee is $125 — she does not currently qualify for our Seniors for Seniors program.
Truffle is in Dog Adoptions at the West Valley Humane Society located at 5801 Graye Lane in Caldwell. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. and closed on Sundays. For more information on other adoptable pets, visit www.westvalleyhumanesociety.org
