1 to 2 lbs. flank steak
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil
Pound steak until flat. Drain the spinach and spread on top of the steak. Spread cheese and tomatoes. Roll up steak and secure with toothpicks.
Grill until desired doneness. Cut into 1-inch pinwheels. Serve.
