2 egg whites, at room temperature
1 pinch of salt

2/3 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
Beat egg whites with pinch of salt until foamy. Add sugar and beat until stiff. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased foil covered cookie sheets. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put cookies in and TURN OVEN OFF. Do not open oven for 9 to 10 hours. Makes 2 dozen.
