While breweries like Sockeye and Payette brewing are expanding operations, some in the industry say the Valley can’t support this kind of growth forever.

If Barbarian Brewing’s small space has kept you away, now might be time to reconsider. The taproom in Garden City has been expanded to seat 49 people, allowing more beer to flow.

Yard House in Meridian adds more Idaho beer

The Yard House restaurant at The Villagein Meridian recently added 31 new beers to its 140-tap system, including notable locals. Yard House has beers from eight Treasure Valley and McCall breweries, bar manager Bryan Christensen said.
